Archaeological Collection of Kifissia

The Archaeological Collection of Kifissia is hosted at a beautiful, stone neoclassical of the decade of 1930 and it was inaugurated in 2004. The exhibits of the collection come from excavations in private fields or have been found during public works. The objective of the Archaeological Collection of Kifissia is the presentation of the diachronic habitation in Kifissia from the Geometric to the Roman Period, but also of other municipalities of the northern suburbs. Important pieces of the collection are the Roman sculptures and the funerary stele of Archestrate from the 4th century BC.
