Stathatos Mansion (Museum of Cycladic Art)
The residence with the luxurious architecture houses today part of the treasures of the Museum o Cycladic Art. Ernst Ziller designed the building in 1895. In 1930 extended interventions changed its interior. After the war it housed embassies and in 1982 it was bought by the Greek state in order to create a hostel for officials. However, after its renovation by Pavlos Kalligas it was granted to Goulandris Foundation.
