The most central square of Athens, opposite the building of the Parliament. Visit the National Garden to enjoy a small island of vegetation and calm in the heart of the city or head down Ermou street and witness the busy market. Find Kolokotroni street and after you visit the building of the Old Parliament enjoy your coffee at Karitsi square. From there you may continue to Voukourestiou street with the luxurious shops and to the aristocratic Kolonaki. If you prefer the color of old Athens than Syntagma head towards Plaka.
