Serpieri Mansion

Serpieri Mansion Serpieri Mansion Serpieri Mansion
Serpieri Mansion was the house of Giovanni Battista Serpieri, mineralogist and owner of the mines in Lavrio. The building was erected in 1881 by Anastasios Theophilas. The architect created a simple, restrained aspect that comes into contrast with the impressive interior decoration. He designed the building dividing the private residence from the area of professional activity of the owner. Since 1929 it has been the property of the Agricultural Bank.
