Rentis Mansion, at the intersection of V. Sofias avenue and Merlin street, houses the B & M Theocharakis Foundation for the Fine Arts & Music, which has operated since 2007 at the five-storied building that was designed by the architect Vassilios Tsagris in 1928. Tsagris created a building with austere, simple elements combined with characteristics of Art Nouveau and the Viennese school of Otto Wagner.
