Statue of Georgios Karaiskakis on a horse at the garden of Zappeion Mansion. It is a battle scene. Karaiskakis is armed and pulls suddenly the reins of the horse forcing it to stand on his back legs. The bronze sculpture was constructed in 1966 by the sculptor Michael Trombos with money that was gathered by a fund raiser all over Greece.
