Merchants’ Arcade
The Merchants’ Arcade connects Voulis to Lekka street and it was designed by Leonidas Bonis and Emmanuel Lazaridis in 1950. It is developed in two levels which are connected with a double marble staircase. Very dynamic commercial centre of the city, it started gradually to decline after 2006. The activity “Ichni Emporiou” has started in 2014 an effort to revive the gallery by giving some of the stores to new creators and professionals.
